I really don't like eating bananas by themselves and I always try to find way to eat or drink them. I love drinking and making smoothies but I really don't want a normal mixed berries smoothie that I usually make. I just ate lunch and needed something sweet but I also wanted to be healthy. So all you need is ground cinnamon, 1 banana, vanilla pro town powder, and then I used international delights Carmel chai tea latte. Now I'm not going to lie I don't have actual measurements, I just eye ball everything for smoothies. Now I don't particularly like the Carmel chai latte drink by itself but I had and decided this could make it taste a lot better. If you don't know, I love tea, chai tea is actually one of my favorites but this drink didn't really taste like chai. So I out quite a bit of cinnamon in my smoothie.
