And it tastes so good and its full of fruit and vitamins. It's good to drink on the go for your breakfast or a before or after gym snack. It's a great way to start your morning off. I get a Chocolate Chia Seed Granola from Naturebox. You should check out Naturebox if you don't have it. It's all healthy snacks with no added sugars or unhealthy artificial substances. I also use unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I just put it in a bowl like cereal and it is delicious. This is my healthy chia seed packed breakfast.
