Halloween Hallways

I love decoration the inside of my house but sadly I am staying with friends and can't decorate because I am not living in my own place. But here are so really pretty and fun halloween hallway tables that I love.  Also they are very family friendly halloween decorations. As much as I love anything horror, I am a sucker for the cute decorations.

This black table has some simple decorations on it for halloween but tie together perfectly. The bottom has the three white pumpkins which are nice to fill in that space but don't bring too much attention away from the top of the table. I love the candles in the center of the table and at night it probably gives it that halloween feeling. The pumpkins with the branches coming out with the bats hanging off is a cute DIY and it gives it that "scary" halloween touch with out actually being scary. I believe the other side is a little festive bowl for candy. But I'm not totally sure.

A great way to show off your candy on halloween night is having these paper cut outs standing behind candles which will cast shadows on the wall. You can really use anything you like. I would choose Jason's hockey mask from Friday the 13th. How spooky would that look? Place nice silver trays of candy to give it a little spooky feel and I would add some spider webs around the edge of the table. But you can always add so much more to halloween decor.

DIY Alert!
Here is a simple center piece you can make for a table or hallway. Just use some halloween themed marshmallows, Candy Corn, and Reeses Pieces. Layer them like a trifle in a trifle bowl or any glass bowl you have. It's fun and family friendly. It is also cheap and very easy to make.

So these are just some examples of fun ways to decorate a side table or hallway table for halloween. So when you open your door the inside of your house will look festive like the outside of your house. Halloween is one of my favorite holiday because you can dress up the inside and outside of your house.  Of course you also get to dress up too.

Tea Cup // Outfit Of The Day

I went to a tea room for lunch and this outfit inspired by English rose gardens and those pretty bone china floral tea cups. The back of the dress is open so I work a bralette that is a pastel pink and lace one. It went with the whole English tea room theme of the outfit and for the tea room we went to. The dress is white with pastel pink painted ross on it. I got it last year at Forever 21 and I don't think they sell this dress anymore. I really love the shape and color of the dress. I didn't want any shoes that took away from the dress so I paired this outfit with my nude flats I got at a boutique in California. The purse is by Betsy Johnson and I love wearing this with pastel outfits. It has a black bow and a pink fluff ball on the side. Gold chain and black straps. Its a fake leather with little black hearts. This has been one of my go to purses right now. Make sure you checked my previous blog post about the tea room I went to (The Twisted ...

Words To Eat By: Letrentehuit Brassiare

When we went to the Eiffel Tower we found a traditional french style restaurant called Letrentehuit Brassiare. I can't tell you exactly what street it was on but it was very close to the Eiffel Tower. The service was a little weird and my mom and I couldn't help but laugh at how it was run. But it was a great dining experience. My entree was a traditional cheese crepe with a side salad. It was a french cheese where I'm not sure what kind of crepe they used. It was brown, as you can see in the photo, and it had a more savory taste it. I really wanted a crepe to eat in France and a savory one was a great choice. I also had a glass of french rose wine and of course the bread was a baguette.  Dessert was the best part. Which isn't a surprise being in Paris. I thought it would be best to get a small dessert sampler. Top left was a pistachio mousse., top right was a chocolate mousse, bottom right was a toffee mousse, and the bottom left is clearly a creme bru...
