Easy Everyday Work Out

If you are busy and don't have time to go to the gym here is something easy you can do everyday. I'm so bad at going to them gym because I work 5 days a week. I don't want to go to the gym when I work and why would I want to go to the gym on my day off? But I do these when I wake up or come home from work. Sometimes I do these twice a day.

Work out:

1. Stretch any kind of stretching that is best for you. I did dance and baton so I stretch the way I would if I was about to go dance. You can even do yoga stretches.

2. 100 crunches  saying 100 looks a little scary but you can split it up 50 now and 50 at the end. But when you do the crunches 100 goes by pretty fast. I sometimes add an extra 100. When it's your you-know-what week I just do 50 cause I always have bad cramps.

3. 25-50 Push Ups I'm so weak in my arms. I am so bad a push ups. All my strength is in my legs from baton and dance. I'm on my feet all day at my job running around doing stuff. So I try to do 25-50 push ups now and hoping I can work my way up to more. If you can do 100 you go do 100.

4. 50 leg raises I love leg raises it remind me of ballet. But if you don't know what it is you basically just keep your legs straight and parallel to your shoulders and you just go up and down on your toes. It's easy and good work out. Sometimes I secretly do these at work and no one ever notices (at least I think they don't).

5. 25-50 squats the horrible squats. But they are a great work out and if you want that bikini butt you better do some squats. If you really hate squats you can do lunges instead.

So as you can see these are pretty easy. I don't really have a cardio one because I do walk around for 8 hours at work 5 days a week. So I think I get my cardio there. Now I do still go to the gym every now and then. But these are just helping me on my days I work. You can change these work outs to your liking no one said you have to do them like me.  I hope these help you out if you have a busy schedule like me and can't make it to the gym.

Tea Cup // Outfit Of The Day

I went to a tea room for lunch and this outfit inspired by English rose gardens and those pretty bone china floral tea cups. The back of the dress is open so I work a bralette that is a pastel pink and lace one. It went with the whole English tea room theme of the outfit and for the tea room we went to. The dress is white with pastel pink painted ross on it. I got it last year at Forever 21 and I don't think they sell this dress anymore. I really love the shape and color of the dress. I didn't want any shoes that took away from the dress so I paired this outfit with my nude flats I got at a boutique in California. The purse is by Betsy Johnson and I love wearing this with pastel outfits. It has a black bow and a pink fluff ball on the side. Gold chain and black straps. Its a fake leather with little black hearts. This has been one of my go to purses right now. Make sure you checked my previous blog post about the tea room I went to (The Twisted ...

Words To Eat By: Letrentehuit Brassiare

When we went to the Eiffel Tower we found a traditional french style restaurant called Letrentehuit Brassiare. I can't tell you exactly what street it was on but it was very close to the Eiffel Tower. The service was a little weird and my mom and I couldn't help but laugh at how it was run. But it was a great dining experience. My entree was a traditional cheese crepe with a side salad. It was a french cheese where I'm not sure what kind of crepe they used. It was brown, as you can see in the photo, and it had a more savory taste it. I really wanted a crepe to eat in France and a savory one was a great choice. I also had a glass of french rose wine and of course the bread was a baguette.  Dessert was the best part. Which isn't a surprise being in Paris. I thought it would be best to get a small dessert sampler. Top left was a pistachio mousse., top right was a chocolate mousse, bottom right was a toffee mousse, and the bottom left is clearly a creme bru...
