A Day At LegoLand Florida // Floridians Guide

Here's a really flattering picture of me in front of the LEGOLAND Florida sign (Sarcasm people). But the sign is super cute and I couldn't resist. I recently got to tour the two resorts at LEGOLAND Florida located in Winter Haven just outside of Orlando. The video below shows the tour of the two resorts and how amazingly themed they are.

Their newest resort is Beach Retreat which is their value hotel. As you see in the video they have really cute beach homes as hotel rooms and they have cute Lego themed rooms. The pools have tubes where you can build foam Lego blocks onto them and make your own creations. There is a fire pit by the pool to make delicious and gooey s'mores and bar not to far from their for the parents to have a fun treat for them at night as well. You do get early park admission with this hotel and a free shuttle to take you back and forth to the park. I really want to stay here soon with some friends and have a really fun time relaxing and playing around there.

When you are inside the park make sure you check out Mini Word! It is so cute and amazing how they recreate national land marks all with Lego Bricks. Behind me in this photo is the NYC area and further up the hill they have a whole Star Wars area. They have really fun rides in the park and entertainment. You can collect and trade mini figures with team members and you can find collectable Lego kits you can only find in the park. This park is aimed for kids between 2-12 years old but it is fun for kids at heart (like myself). They do have seasonal events through out the year during holidays and they also have Star Wars days as well. If you are traveling with kids this is an attraction you should see during your stay in Orlando.

Tea Cup // Outfit Of The Day

I went to a tea room for lunch and this outfit inspired by English rose gardens and those pretty bone china floral tea cups. The back of the dress is open so I work a bralette that is a pastel pink and lace one. It went with the whole English tea room theme of the outfit and for the tea room we went to. The dress is white with pastel pink painted ross on it. I got it last year at Forever 21 and I don't think they sell this dress anymore. I really love the shape and color of the dress. I didn't want any shoes that took away from the dress so I paired this outfit with my nude flats I got at a boutique in California. The purse is by Betsy Johnson and I love wearing this with pastel outfits. It has a black bow and a pink fluff ball on the side. Gold chain and black straps. Its a fake leather with little black hearts. This has been one of my go to purses right now. Make sure you checked my previous blog post about the tea room I went to (The Twisted ...

Words To Eat By: Letrentehuit Brassiare

When we went to the Eiffel Tower we found a traditional french style restaurant called Letrentehuit Brassiare. I can't tell you exactly what street it was on but it was very close to the Eiffel Tower. The service was a little weird and my mom and I couldn't help but laugh at how it was run. But it was a great dining experience. My entree was a traditional cheese crepe with a side salad. It was a french cheese where I'm not sure what kind of crepe they used. It was brown, as you can see in the photo, and it had a more savory taste it. I really wanted a crepe to eat in France and a savory one was a great choice. I also had a glass of french rose wine and of course the bread was a baguette.  Dessert was the best part. Which isn't a surprise being in Paris. I thought it would be best to get a small dessert sampler. Top left was a pistachio mousse., top right was a chocolate mousse, bottom right was a toffee mousse, and the bottom left is clearly a creme bru...
