Orlando Attractions // Floridians Guide

Some people come to Orlando more than once on vacation. You might not want to do Disney and Universal again for the fifth time. You might be here on vacation and would like to see a little more than just those major attractions. You might of decided to come to Orlando and realized how expensive the major theme parks are and you have a budget you don't want to go over. Well here is a list of some smaller attractions to do that are just as fun as Disney and Universal.
  1. Fun Spot- We like to say that fun spot is all the fun of a theme park but not the theme park prices. There is a fun spot in Orlando and Kissimmee so if you are staying near Disney or Universal there is a Fun Spot close by to you. Tickets start at about $43 per person for ages 3 and up.
  2. Gatorland- It's an older attraction located more towards the Kissimmee area. Still a ton of fun to go and experience and it is educational as well. You could spend a whole day there with the VIP Trainer for a Day ticket (starting at $130) you must be at least 12 years old for this ticket. The general admission starts at around $20 and the admission with the zip line starts at around $75 and you go over a bunch of gators,
  3. LEGOLAND Florida- Just outside of the Kissimmee area you can experience LEGOLAND theme park and the LEGOLAND water park. Tickets start at about $100 for adults and they do have a shuttle service for free that picks up near the Orlando Eye or known as the I-Drive 360 area.
  4. I-drive 360 has tons of fun dinning options and the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye. Attached to The Eye there is Madame Tussauds and SeaLife Aquarium. Tickets start at $27 for one attraction and to do all three it starts at $53.
  5. SeaWorld- I can do a whole post about everything SeaWorld has to offer but I feel like not enough people know it is here. It is a theme park but at a great value! Tickets start at $99 plus tax and they have lots of add ons like behind the scenes tour, dolphin encounters, and personal favorite all day dinning. Because who doesn't want to eat all day long at a theme park?

This is my first of many posts on attractions to do in Orlando that are not Disney and Universal. I also do videos on my youtube channel about the attractions area in Orlando and make sure you subscribe to get all the information for your next Orlando Vacation.

Tea Cup // Outfit Of The Day

I went to a tea room for lunch and this outfit inspired by English rose gardens and those pretty bone china floral tea cups. The back of the dress is open so I work a bralette that is a pastel pink and lace one. It went with the whole English tea room theme of the outfit and for the tea room we went to. The dress is white with pastel pink painted ross on it. I got it last year at Forever 21 and I don't think they sell this dress anymore. I really love the shape and color of the dress. I didn't want any shoes that took away from the dress so I paired this outfit with my nude flats I got at a boutique in California. The purse is by Betsy Johnson and I love wearing this with pastel outfits. It has a black bow and a pink fluff ball on the side. Gold chain and black straps. Its a fake leather with little black hearts. This has been one of my go to purses right now. Make sure you checked my previous blog post about the tea room I went to (The Twisted ...

Spring Break Beach Party

Hey everyone! It's spring break for most of you or it will be soon! If you are not going on vacation don't worry, throw your own beach party in your house!! Here is some inspiration I found on a lovely little site called Pinterest (incase you haven't heard of it). You can go to party city or even the dollar store to buy beach themed decorations for your house. Thing like beach balls, buckets, fake palm trees, pool toys, etc. Be creative! It's your party and your spring break, make your stay-cation as fun as you want it to be! Also, try and fine some beach music to play or just buy a beach boys cd! When you lay out the food be creative. You can use any beach toys and put food in or around it. Get fun and decorative plates and cups. The beach is always great for mix-matching so don't be afraid to do that with your plates and food layout. Try and find some beach themed foods, like fruits, veggies, sandwiches, anything you would pack with you or buy at t...

Florida Winter Looks

If you live in a place that doesn't really get freezing cold, like Florida, here are some cute outfit ideas. Also, I'm more into the brightly colored winter clothes so here are some options. If you are not big on the bright colors this sweater is a great way to jazz up your look. Glitter, Sparkles,  and Sequins are always a great way to show that you're fun. This is also not a very thick sweater so it's great for Florida or California since it doesn't get very cold. The sweater is also very festive for Christmas and New Years Eve. If it isn't very cold like it is now in Florida go with a thing bright colored sweater and your favorite shorts. You can pair this with a bright hand bag and your favorite flip flops. You can also wear sneakers if you'd prefer. Now if it is a little too chilly for shorts wear bright colored jeans or leg gins to keep your legs warm. This is the perfect Florida winter outfit. Now this is actually my favorite one out ...
